Deep Roots School admits students of any religion, race, color, and national or ethnic origin.

If you would like to register your child online, you can print and fill out this form and submit it via email to admin@deeprootsschool.org. You are also welcome to fill out the registration form in person when you visit our school.

Once this form has been submitted, you will receive an enrollment packet requesting additional information in order to complete the enrollment process.

Please note that a non-refundable registration fee of $75 is due when you submit this form. Checks can be made payable to Deep Roots School.

In order to register for the 2025-2026 school year, your child needs to be 3 years old by November 1st, 2025.
